Professor's Cozy Cottage of Surprises

There is a new entity in our Cozy Cottage – we have ourselves a Brownie. These are mostly helpful beings in the elf/hobgoblin lore, from the UK (and other places with other names).

It likes to help finish up chores that were left undone, and likes a bit of bread and cream as thanks. When unhappy, cranky, or hungry (under-thanked), it is prone to making a mess of things, throwing/breaking things, showing its displeasure.

I don’t wish to scare if off (or worse, offend it) by giving it clothes – yes you read that right. So, do take care to hang shawls, coats, scarves when you come in – and don’t step on its shadow, if you happen to see one… They don’t like to be seen, or be directly thanked, either!
